MISSION STATEMENT:

National Paper and Plastics Company is a redistribution service available to all Network members. NP&PC makes products available in attractive quantities and at attractive prices to help improve customer service and enhance the return on investment.

PROGRAMS:

NP&PC operates from two forward warehouses. The basic program offerings are:

Direct Ship - These programs are defined as those in which the designated vendor ships directly to the participating member while invoicing NP&PC. Network (through NP&PC) essentially guarantees the suppliers' receivable by assuming the credit responsibility of the purchase.

Forward Warehouse - Under these programs, NP&PC actually takes possession of products purchased from manufacturers and redistributes them to its Network distributors. In addition to maximizing the rebate levels to the participating members, this operation attempts to:

1. Maximize the members' inventory turns
2. Supports Network's National Account Sales effort

NATIONAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT

Selected vendors with Network contracts are offered through the Forward Warehouses to assists in servicing national account customers.

All national account vendors are "Non-Rebate Suppliers".
